One Path Group Inc. is a federally registered Canadian company. It owns and operates multiple divisions including First Nations Powersports (FNPS) and Yellowhead Recreation.

One Path Group Inc. functions as the parent company and data controller across its business entities. It coordinates brand strategy, digital infrastructure, client experience design, and data integrity systems.

We manage systems that power lead generation, customer support, CRM coordination, analytics, and compliance for our dealership and retail operations.

 

2. What We Collect

We may collect:

Contact details (name, phone, email)
Lead and engagement records
Website usage data (via cookies, IP address, session activity)
Trade-in, quote, or interest history
Financial information (when volunteered via affiliate brand systems)
Conversation data from AI, SMS, email, or phone (e.g., No Loco, JustCall)

 

3. How We Use Your Data

Route leads to the correct dealership or sales team

Power AI-driven client service (e.g., bots, auto-texts)

5. Brand & Subsidiary Data Handling

One Path Group receives data from and manages systems used by:

First Nations Powersports (FNPS) — lead generation, national financing inquiry, Indigenous client intake
Yellowhead Recreation — dealership CRM, warranty and delivery logistics
Where your data is collected via these brands, it may be shared internally across systems managed by One Path Group to ensure performance, tracking, and continuity of service.

 

6. AI and Automated Systems

We use AI tools (e.g., No Loco, OpenAI, JustCall AI) to:

Respond to FAQs
Route leads or tag intent
Summarize sales conversations
Generate support replies
Note: AI responses are reviewed for accuracy but are not considered financial or legal advice.
